Deposits are non-refundable. Once seller recieves deposit, buyer has between (9-3-09 & 9-10-09 Mya litter) (9-4-09 & 9-11-09 Kimmy litter) (9-8-09 & 9-15-09 Demi litter) (9-11-09 & 9-18-09 Dallas litter) for pick up. (Please call or e-mail to set date for pick up)

 Remaining balance is due when puppy is picked up. If balance is not paid by (9-10-09 Mya litter) (9-11-09 Kimmy litter) (9-15-09 Demi litter) (9-18-09 Dallas litter), puppy will be re-sold to another buyer and deposit will NOT be refunded.

After deposit is recieved, if puppy is to have any health issues, seller is responsible for medical expenses until balance is paid or refunded, and puppy is picked up. (Refunds will only be available if puppy is found to have a health problem while still in buyer's care) 

Balance must be paid in cash or bank check! No personal checks please!

Once you sign the deposit contract, I will send you an invoice through paypal. You will have 24 hours to pay the deposit of $ 200 or you may pay the total price of puppy.

(Please note that paypal charges a fee of $7.00 that will be added to the depoit of $200)

(if you are paying the total price of puppy, paypal charges a 3.5% fee that will be added to total price of puppy)

(if payment of at least $ 200 is not recieved within 24 hours of invoice date, deposit contract is void.)
